How to get dynamic IP Address

ipconfig /all
will report a good amount but if you have a router, its not your
external IP. http://whatismyip.com will tell you what your router's
external IP that your ISP assigned you, if you have a router. Else its
your PC's IP.

It's that address from http://whatismyip.com that I
was hoping to get with a CMD command.
