Since MS removed Media Toolbar from Internet Explorer 6.x, after
installing Service Pack 2 on Windows XP how can IE be set to play
embedded audio without opening an external instance of Media Player?

Maybe I used "embedded" incorrectly -- I guess I mean a linked audio;
The Yale Mandarin CDROM has links that when one clicks on a word or
phrase, it playes the linked .wav file. I thought perhaps I could use
the mini- player here, but it reinstantizes with every click on a
phrase.
