how to geotag with Picasa?

I saw mention, in another thread, of geotag being available in Picasa. I
just downloaded Picasa 2.2 but don't find that feature. Picasa help
indicates it should be available under Tools but I don't se anything like
that. All I have there is Folder Manager, Backup Pictures and Options. What
am I missing? Does this geotag become part of the EXIF data?

Hi LBJ
I have Picasa 2.7 and geotag is under "tools" in this version.

I thought I got it from Google's site an hour ago. However when I go to
Google now I indeed find 2.7 and it does have the geotag feature.
