How to generate reports from BCM

I cannot generate reports from Business Contact Manager version 2 - anybody
have any ideas how to get this working?
 
If you get the error message

'The report
could not be generated. Please try again.'

I had this issue too. You may find an answer in the following thread on this
site, titled;

"After upgrading to BCM v2 cannot produce reports"
