So your question is basically whether it is possilbe to aggregate your
connection bandwidth into a single logical connection? If so, it is
unlikely that you will be able to set this up, but it is a possibility if
your ISP supports multi-link connections. Both ends of the connection
(your side and the ISP's side) must work together when using multi-link to
aggregate the connections (like ISDN works when combining channels). I am
not personally aware of any ISPs that support multi-link using PPPoE, but
you should contact them for the final word.
