I would like to know how I can free up space on my C
Drive. I have tried to delete items in my Add&Remove but
that still doesn't work. Can someone PLEASE HELP???????

* Move your personal data and internet downloads to D:\ [If you have it]
* Clear all but one system restore snapshots using "Cleanmgr". This frees up enormous space in C:
* Consider dynamic partitioning of hard drive if required. Use Partition Magic or BootIt NG. [advanced usrs only]

To clear the System Restore points, Click Start/Run/Cleanmgr / More Options / system restore /cleanup.

To redirect/move your My Documents folder to D:\ drive, see:
Change the Default Location of the My Documents Folder
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310147

Further, you need to have a clear view on what is occupying the disk space. You may consider using a third-party program like TreeView or DiskPie2 which gives you the disk space occupied by each folder in a Pie Chart.
