How to format value in datagrid

You can't, sorry. You can only format values in DataSource.

could you help me to find way to open GPRS connection with WM2005 ?
 
WM 5.0 is no different in that aspect from previous versions, so you can use
ConnectionManager class from opennetcf.org.

Or, you can search NG for alternatives as this is also very popular

I am unable to use OpenNetCf with VS2005, have you doing it with VS2005 ??
