How to Format Link Bars

I recently lost my link bars. When I created a new Custom link bars, it
places them above my text and will not allow me to wrap text to the right of
the link bars. any advice would be appriciated.

Have you tried putting your link bars inside a layout table?

I have tried both inside and out.. and read for hours = can't find what I am
doing wrong.. or how to change it. Here is link, if anyone has the simple
soluation "http://www.clubsouthvolleyball.com/1HomePAge04.htm" I am sure it
is simple, just can't find how to have text wrap to right of bars??
