How to follow link easily, even from the table

It is easy to create a link in Powerpoint slide, by simply
pressing Ctrl + K. Following the link is not that easy:
you have to press right mouse button, popup > Hyperlink > Open.
However, that does not work when the link is in a cell of a table.

Is there any way to easily follow a link contained in a table?
Or even better, is there a key shortcut I could press to follow
any link, be in table or not? Of course, following the link
by double-clicking would be best.

Thank you, Dan

PowerPoint isn't really designed to let you follow links easily in edit
mode; I think you'll find that if you view your presentation as a slide
show, all you have to do is click the link, just like in a browser. Or
press TAB repeatedly until you see a dotted line around the link area and
press Enter, again, just like a browser.

To view the current slide as a slide show, click the little screen icon in
the lower left of your PowerPoint screen.
