I want to open several presentations at once, shrink size or minimize
individual ones, so I can easily move between them. But the only option seems
to be to go to switch windows to go to a different one - which hides the
current one. How can i see both at the same time???

Thanks,

Wendy

Try Windows > Arrange all. See if that is what you want.

To see both, choose Window, Arrange All from the menu bar; this only works while
you're in modes other than Slide Show.

Alt+Tab will let you switch from one open presentation to another.

Yes! Thanks! (and Steve, too). I could not find Windows in Office 2007,
but with your suggestion, I found the Arrange All in the menu bar under View
in 2007. Thanks! Being an instructor, now I can see all the student
presentations at once!
