Hello friends, and greetings from Israel.
This was the problem :
First the computer went banana and I had to format it,
Than it took Windows Xp installation about five hours to copy files and
restart to the stage where it works from your hard drive and not from
your cd-rom.
And than you get windows XP black logo and the friendly interface of
windows insatlation finally starts - but aftrer a few minutes you get a
blue screen giving you the framebuf error.
HERE'S WHAT TO DO :
I simply got into the BIOS of the computer ( prees DEL / F1 / F12 the
second you turn your computer on ) and choose the "Restore Defaults"
option.
Worked like magic.
If it fails you may try to update your bios as explained in many furoms
on-line.
I am a computer technitian and checked every hardware device possible -
this problem has nothing to do with hardware.
Shalom and good luck, Shay.
