How to fix my outlook & express mail

I have accounts on my MS Outlook and MS Express mail and
neither are working properly. I have gone over it with my
service provider and have come to the conclusion that for
some reason they suddenly quit connecting. I think I need
to reinstall them, but I don't have a disk. Can anybody
out there advise me on how to do this. Thanks for any
help you may be able to give me.

To reinstall Outlook Express (it comes with Internet Explorer)

To reinstall Outlook, you would need to repair/reinstall (depending on version) Microsoft Office.

Without the Microsoft Office CD-ROM you will not be able to update or repair Microsoft Office - Outlook. That process REQUIRES the CD-ROM. In fact ANY update\securirty patch will require it - Microsoft Outlook 2000\2002 in Microsoft Office 2000\XP respectively.
