How to fix infamous white box with red x on Outlook WebAccess emai

On trying to reply to send email, after installing Vista, I can no longer
send email through my Server 2003 Premium Edition Outlook ebAccess. I try and
and in the message box it is blanked out with only a white box with red x in
the top left hand corner. Any suggestions to fixing this? I do have the
latest Java Version installed. I have checked all possible security settings
as well. I am the administrator of my network and full rights.
 
This issue involves the OWA mode of Microsoft Exchange Server.
Vista no longer includes support for the ActiveX control that is used
for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access. Your employer's server
administrator will need to apply a hotfix to the Exchange server.
