How to fix ie6 windows that do not come up maximized?

All of a sudden my ie6 windows have come up non-maximizeed. I tiled windows
the other day, but now it won't quit doing it.
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
