How to find when Service Pack 2 was installed?

How can I determine the date/time Service Pack 2 was installed? One of my
users has it installed but I didn't install it and he doesn't have admin
(rather, is not supposed to have admin) so I'm tring to find out when the
install occurred. Thanks.
 
Windows Update > Review your update history
Look for "Windows XP Service Pack 2"
