How to find: Newsgroups/Excel?

I am new to this site and want to post a question on Excel.
I can't find Newsgroups/Excel in the Forum page. Where is it?

I know that there is a section for excel inside in newsgroup, however I couldn't find newsgroup in the main page of Forum.
