how to find IP address of Ethernet ADSL modem which is preconfigured by
provider and that can be used to connects to modem and configure it
remotely.

The web interface still needs an IP address to be used. This is usually the
same IP address that the unit uses while on the Web or the "default gateway"
while using your PC. You would need to now which IP protocol
port this interface would be using and if you are "allowed" to access it by
your ISP. You also need the user account and password need to make the
required changes

Open the status of your ethernet connexion, look at Support. The default
gateway address is the address of your router. Open http://this_address, you
will be prompted for an id and password, they sould be in the documentation.
Otherwise try admin/admin, or browse forums dedicated to your ISP.

I tried connects to default gateway IP address which is in my PC
network settings.(ISP set this gateway). Nothing was found there. (i
tried 80 port, though) . I know, that ISP completely reconfigured
modem, and no foreseen any additional user configurations there. I just
want use another modem i bought. To configure it, I need know few
common DSL settings: VPI, VCI, PPPoE.
I need way to obtain this settings from provider's modem(ISP refuses to
provide any info).
Any workarounds, may be some utilities?
