How to find a user Account password from a departed Employee

We have an employee whose left and does not rember her
password ... how do we find this and change it?
 
Your admin should be able to reset the password for that user without
knowing the old password. Find the user account in ADUC, right click and
select re-set password.

What operating system are you using? If it's Windows 2000
or higher, you can log on as the administrator for her
computer and change the password in the computer
management console to anything you'd like. Or you can
delete her profile and create a new profile for her
replacement. If you need the documents in her My
Documents folder, move them to the All Users Documents
folder before deleting the profile.
