How to export Outlook 2002 to 2007 on new pc

I have a new PC with outlook 2007 on. I have been running outlook 2002 on
old pc and want to take all my folders/contacts/emails off old pc and import
them into 2007 on new pc. Please help?

Copy your Outlook data file from Outlook 2002.
Open it in Outlook 2007.
