I thought Power Point would export a slide show to an AVI or other standard
movie format... if so how?

If no - what alternatives?

Can I export it as a run-time Power Point so that it will play on a windows
computer without Power Point?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Mel

Have a look here:
Convert presentations into Movie fileshttp://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00057.htm

And here:
Make a standalone EXE that runs aPowerPointpresentationhttp://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00575.htm

Which solution will work best for you really depends on the presentation -
how much animation there is and so on.

I suggest that you use E.M. PowerPoint Video Converter V2.40, It can
quickly converts PowerPoint to video, audio and images, such as avi,
flv, 3gp, swf, mkv, mpeg2 ts, DVD, mp4, mov, mp3...

Never buy or use software from someone that's afraid to use a real email and
writes from a Google, Yahoo, etc. email account. ;-)
