How to export & import users in win2k server

Hello There,
We want to format win2000 server and reinstall the same.We
have huge number of users,how can we take the backup of
these users and restore back ?
Please let us kow the solution.

Can you perhaps set up another DC in this domain, let it replicate, transfer
the FSMO roles, and then rebuild your old server? The "new" DC doesn't have
to be very good server-class hardware for this....
