How to export IE6 favorites in Cyrillic ?

Hello all,

It makes me wonder how to export IE6 SP1 favorites into a HTML file when
some of them are in US English and some in Serbian Cyrillic font (coding,
whatever). In fact, after an export, within a new HTML file, all Cyrillic
names are changed to something like that: ?????, ????? etc (<-- question
signs instead of real names). Any idea?

Hi,

I have no experience whatever with Cyrillic fonts.

Try this: open the resulting HTML file in IE then View, Source code. Look
for the code represneting those characters (it should look like )
and poste a portion of the HTML code here, so we can have a look.

Hi Mionicanin,

I don't think you can export favorites (links) to a html and retain the
unicode encodeing, but you can use the Windows explorer and copy and paste
your favorites and their file names will remain correctly displayed.
