How to Export contacts from Blkberry and import into Outlook 2007

Looking for guidance how to transfer "contacts" data from hand held
blackberry into Outlook 2007
 
The most logical starting point for solutions regarding how to get info
"from" something (i.e. hand held blackberry - there are lots of different
BlackBerries each of which comes with it's own software) is to check the
"from" vendor site directly or any forums/newsgroups related to the
applicable vendor's products.
