How to export certificates via C#/Visual Basic?

Hi,

I know to export certificates via Outlook (application).

But is there any way to do this via C# or Visual Basic?

Not Outlook related. If the certificates are in a certificate store you'd
use the Framework functions for that, nothing from the Outlook object model.
