I see no one else has answered your question. Maybe I'm not the
only one who is puzzled about what you're trying to accomplish.

Can you give more information? What do you want to do with this
"exported" file? What is your overall goal?

I want to print out all the characters in a font's character map. Currently,
I can use "Character map" tool in Windows to select a character at a time.
However, this tool cannot select all the characters with a single click. Any
idea?

I'm not a font expert, so I may be misunderstanding what you want here,
but if you open the Fonts folder (from Control Panel), you can
double-click any of the fonts and then print it. It will print all the
characters included in the font.

One method.

Do you have MS Office with Excel installed?

If so, create a new worksheet and in A1 enter =CHAR(ROW()+32)

Drag/copy down to A223

Format the column for whatever Font you wish.

I think everybody should know about FontList [1]. It will audit the fonts on
your machine and display them in the browser.
But will it display all 255 characters from each font's character map?

And will it display the characters that are above position 255?

These days, it's important to know which Unicode characters a given
font contains. I've been looking, so far without success, for a
tool that will show just the characters that actually exist in each
font without making me page repeatedly through blank range after
blank range.
