I have a table with related records in another table.

Each row therefore has a "+" in the first field. If I
click this +, the related records are shown.

Can I expand and collapse these related records by using
the keyboard only?

I'm reading between the lines to guess that you are trying to work directly
in the tables. Tables in Access store data, but do a lousy job of
displaying it. Forms in Access are specifically designed to display data.

Well, I have test application where I kind of make my data
as I go - some of it is so rarely added/changed, so I have
not made data entry forms. Here I edit directly in the
tables.

Anyway - I would like to know how to expand/collapse the
data by just using the keyboard.

Not aware of a way to do that, but there's lots I'm not aware of. Perhaps
one of the other 'group readers can help...

Alt-O S E will expand all.
Alt-O S C will collapse all

Ctrl-Shift-Down Arrow will expand the subdatasheet for the current record
Ctrl-Shift-Up Arrow will collapse.
