Is there a way to enlarge font, icon, etc without changing the default
DPI of 96? The native resolution of my monitor is 1920x1200.

You can enlarge the icons by clicking on any desktop icon, holding
down the control key, and moving your mouse wheel.

You can change the icon font size by right clicking on the desktop,
choosing Personalize, Window Color and Appearance, Advanced, then
choose Icon from the drop down and adjust the font size.

You can also change the default icon size and spacings in that menu. Of
course, the changes are not permanent and will revert if the theme is ever
changed.
