Hello All
I want non administrator users to be able to send and receive Faxes from
windows XP, either with the Fax service in windows XP or a third party
application. How do i enable them? Please help.

Oh sorry. Ok:
I want to use the Windows Fax service. It´s my irst time using it.
But i don´t know if it can be used with a non administrator account.
So i´m asking if there is something that must be done to enable non
administrator users in Windows XP to use the Windows Fax service.
Googling around i found this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;248427
But that´s for windows 2000, not xp. And there´s no detailed information on
how to "grant the "Users" group the WRITE NTFS permission on the following
folder:
%systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\WindowsNT\MSFax"

TIA Russ

Not a real question. Decide on your fax software, then ask a specific
question.
Information on Windows XP Fax is abundant.

Supposedly this requirement isn't necessary in Windows XP Fax, but I've
never been able to confirm it.
