how to enable the line-in jack

hello
Is there a way I can enable line-in , so that i can listen to my small radio
set through my pc speakers. we i connect my radio to the pc i can see the
sound wave at the sound property by no sound.

you would need to do this via your sound cards control panel

FYI: if the output from your radio is intended to go to headphones, it
is far to great a signal level for input to the PC microphone jack. If
you do hook it up, set the volume very, very low. Otherwise you may
burn out the input section of your PC's audio.
