How to enable messenger service with GPO?

Hi

Is it possible to remotely enable messenger service (we need to send
messeges via net-send, but messenger service is disabled by default) on some
computers in our local domain via GroupPolicy, or any other way?

Have you tried looking at the following?

CompConf\Windows Settings\"System Services"?
