How to enable Contacts for outside access permanently?

I use Sprint Business Connect to access my Windows Xp and
Outlook 2003 desktop PC from my fantastic Treo 600.
Everything works beautifully until it hits the new
barrier Microsoft has set up. Upon synching from the Treo
the desktop Outlook stops everything and asks:

"A program is trying to access your Address Book or
Contacts. .. You must allow or deny access to your
Address Book before this program can continue. To allow
the program access for this instance only (such as for
one contact), click Yes. To allow unsecured access for a
specified time period of up to 10 minutes, select the
Allow Access for check box, and then click a time period
in the list."
This is a disaster since I am remotely located and cannot
grant access on the desktop. I need a fix such as
granting infinite access or allowing access to known
users or devices. The prompt must not occur. Note that
the Treo does not know that there is such a prompt on the
desktop and hangs forever waiting. Does anyone know how
to do this before I have to remove and return Office
2003? I can always synch to Eudora instead.

Check with the folks at Treo to see if they have updated their software with
the release of Outlook 2003.
