how to enable auto typing in url

If I type something in the url, then it should pull
up all the entries that match it while I am typing, to
avoid typing.
For instance if I already looked up
web sites www.microsoft.com, www.micron.com, etc.

Then when I type www.mi, it should show me both the
sites listed above and I should be able to choose
the one I intend to open.

I have this feature on one of my computers, but not
on the other one, I would like to configure the
other one this way.

How can I do so?
