How to embed web videos in PowerPoint 2003

Hi I'm using PowerPoint 2003, I'm thinking of embedding some web
videos such as this one:

web video? I suppose you were talking about flash video(.flv) that was a
popular format in Youtube.If so,you may have a look at this:
