How to eliminate the RealPlayer "time out" setting?

I'm having a Real problem with my RealPlayer 10.0. When listening to radio
stations by using RealPlayer, I get disconnected with a "timed-out" message from
Real Networks. It has to do with the system time-out setting in the Connections
section of Preferences. I can set it to no longer than 300 seconds. I can't find
any way to eliminate it completely.

I've contacted the people at Real Networks, but they just gave me some useless
suggestions about increasing the buffer time or the system connection time. And
they told me to read their useless FAQ's. They're not helping at all.

Hopefully, someone here can help me. No one I've talked to so far has been
willing to help me or give me any useful suggestions. And don't suggest that I
use something other than RealPlayer, because some of these station only seem to
work on RealPlayer.

I'm open to your suggestions. Or if there's a more appropriate newsgroup to post
this on, let me know. I'm a newbie, so try to avoid the geek speak.
