How to eliminate pop up windows

Not certain if this is the proper place to post this but here goes:

About 2 weeks ago I started getting a host of pop up windows while using
Foxfire but I don't have the problem when I use Internet Explorer.

I'm using Norton 360, Spybot, Ad Aware 2007, and CCleaner. Would greatly
appreciate any suggestion as to how to eliminate these pop up.

Click Tools, Options, Content tab, Check "Block pop-up windows". Click
the Exceptions window and make sure there are none other than what you
want to allow.

You need to look for a Mozilla Firefox NG for better suggestions.. it's
not really an XP issue.
