How to edit "what do you want windows to do"?

I would like to add an option (specifically: edit with Faststone, an
image processing program) to the drop down that appears when I first
have a card reader read a media disk in XP. The first picture in this
site shows the drop down

I knew I had done this before. You need to use Tweak UI. Go to this site:
