How to edit js file under temporary internet file directory

I need to modify a javascript file under temporary internet file
directory. However, the context menu only shows Open, "Open in New
Window", "Add to favorites", "Copy", "Delete", "Properties".

I am asking if I can use Notepad to open the js file under temporary
inetrnet directory? Can i add item in the temporary deirectory.

Copy it from TIF to your My Documents folder.
