How to EASILY view attendee's calendars when scheduling a meeting?

Outlook 2002 allows you to right-click on an attendee (when searching for a
time on the 'scheduling' tab) and open their calendar (through a popup
window).

Outlook 2003 doesn't appear to allow that - I get another menu that shows:
Name
Free until...
Location
Call...
Send mail...
etc.

but no 'View Attendee's Calendar'.

Is there an option that I'm missing? I did get it to show the old menu one
time, but can't get back to it.

AFAIK, Outlook never did this. Do you have an add-in installed in your old
version of Outlook?

Everyone at our office with OL2002 can do this - I can't imagine not having
it - it's very convenient. Our Office is configured by IT for us - how would
I check to see if it's an add-in?
