How to E-mail one Worksheet only

I have a 17 Worksheet workbook and I want to E-mail only one of the
worksheets. HELP!!! I can't seem to find out how to do this anywhere.

the simplest way is to Edid>copy/move sheet>select copy
select to new workbook
email the new workbook
