How to duplex print multiple word and excel files together???

Hello,
I am trying to duplex print two or more word documents together. Basically
one file has 3 pages and the second has 5 pages. So I want to print 8 pages
total onto 4 sheets of paper. I also need to do this in Excel.
Can anyone help me?
