How to drag and drop shapes in Powerpoint 2003

I design educational PowerPoint activites/presentations for my students. I
want to be able to drag and drop shapes in a variety of the activities/games.
How can I do this?
I was unsure of a "draganddrop" macro download requesting that I change my
security setting to medium. Can I create this macros? Are macros that
difficult to record/create?

The drag and drop macro is very complex. If you want to use it you will need
to download and follow the instructions. All macros need security set to
medium or lower.
