How to download web mail folders to Outlook 2003?

Is that possible for me to download my web mail folders for example folder 1,
folder 2, flder 3 and so on. All the folders are the mail that has been moved
from inbox to separate folder for easy retrieved. So, if i would like to
download all the mail in different folders to outlook, what should i do?
Currently i just can download all my mail in the inbox but email that contain
in other folders can't retrieved yet....
 
If you're referring to folder on your provider's server and it's a standard
POP3 mail server, only the Inbox items will download. You'll have to move
them around to different folders once they make it into Outlook, possibly
via Rules Wizard rules.
