how to download spamfolder's message from pop3 mail account

i have pop3 email account, i divided mail box in different folder
i also make same folder in my Microsoft outlook, can u suggest me how to
download the message from particular folder it will go directly to specific
folder other then inbox folder of Microsoft outlook. is it possible ? if it
is not possible please suggest the how to down load the e mail form different
user define folder form pop3 email account……..?

Please reply at the earliest, I had some major problem with my mail box
……….please help me……..
