if you know the name of the file just click start and use the search
tool to find it. Otherwise start a download again and see where it is
going to put the file. On windows xp most of my downloads like this go
into a folder inside my documents which is marked as downloads, so if
you're on xp try looking in there, then all you do is install from
there instead of allowing the add printer to automatically install as
it will only look in a certain place.

Most Epson drivers are self installing zip files. You usually only need
to unzip them with something like WinZip (assuming you are working with
a windows based PC), and then the files will automatically run an
executable file and install the drivers in the appropriate place, so the
only thing you need to know is where you downloaded the zip file from
the Epson website or other source, and to double click on its icon.

If it doesn't run automatically, watch closely when WinZip runs as to
where the unzipped files are being placed, and then find the folder and
double click on the .exe file to start the installation process.

You do not want to use the "add printer" wizard with these drivers.

Thank you for your replies.
I downloaded the driver to the desktop and instead of automatic install I
specified where the files were. It installed the files no problems.
