How to download Outlook.

I am trying to download MS Outlook on my WIN 2000
Laptop. I need the active X file MSOUTL.OLB.
When I try to downlown Outlook 2000, I download file
OLK0901. When I try to install, I get message "Expected
version of the Product was not Found on System".
What do I need to install Outlook? I do have Outlook
Express?

And from where are you downloading this copy of Outlook?
