how to download OpenNETCF

I was having discussions with Chris Tacke about removing this
limitation, and he suggested offering the SDF as a binaries and source
only download for users who don't have VS.NET installed. Do you know if
anything happened with this? I'd even be happy to throw together a
rudimentary installer if you think there would be a demand for one.

It would be great if the excellent work the OpenNetCF team does could
be used by non VS.NET CF developers.
