How to download new stuff

Hi my name is Michelle and ive only just got my first ever laptop and my
friends have told me about this so heres my question how do you download new
stuff on to it cos ive kept on trying and trying but it doesent work how do
you do it?

Michelle, I would suggest you find someone local to teach you how to use your
computer. "Stuff" is an awfully vague request! And of course there is a lot of
"stuff" on the Internet that you *really, really REALLY* don't want on your
laptop: viruses, spyware, and so on.

This forum is specifically for questions about the Microsoft Office Pro
database software named "Microsoft Access". It's not a forum for learning how
to use a computer.

See if a local school or computer shop has an introductory course, or find a
knowledgable friend who can start you off right.

Oh, sure. I still am in much.

But I thought Michelle might just be trying too hard to
give that impression. I guess it doesn't hurt to reply.
