Out here in the rural communities BT have not yet got round to enabling us to get broadband, hence we all have to cope with connection speeds of no more than 31kbps...sometimes even less!! This means that I now have "33 important updates and 6 optional updates" for microsoft that need downloading...unfortunately they are 588.2 - 626.7MB in size and narrowband at this speed can't even cope with 1MB never mind that lot. My question is "How am I supposed to keep my computer up to date if I don't have Broadband?"
