I am trying to figure out how to format my document so
that I can double space between all words. Does anyone
know how?

Patti,

Assuming you don't want to just hit the spacebar twice between words and you
can wait until you are done typing to format the spacing, you can always use
Edit>Replace. Put a single space in the find what field and two spaces in
the replace with field. Select Replace all. If you are in the habit of
using two spaces after punctuation, then you will need to be a little more
creative in defining your find string.

don't think you can do it in a style... but after you've
done the report you could find one space and replace all
the one space with two...
