How to do "e-mail(as attachement)" from a macro

Email, as I'm sure you know, is not a native function of PowerPoint. It
calls on the services of the computers operating system.

You can address an email using the hyperlink function, but I do not know of
a way to simply attach a file to it. You may end up needing a shell command
to get this to work, and then I do not believe it will be consistent across
the various systems (variables: OS, email default program, internet access,
etc.)

Perhaps one of the VBA guru's has a way to do this, I do not know of a
simple one.
